The most recent visit included former employees that ordered after my friends somehow getting their coffee before my friends. On top of that, they were wasting time chatting with the off-work folks, instead of actually fulfilling the orders. Not that I'm a fan of Starbucks anyway, but I know good service when I see it.April 13, 2017
