  Very inconsiderate staff members. Had some pancakes with my son today. On my way out of the IHOP i walked directly into a glass. The glass was where by all appearances seem to be a walkway to the natural eye. I hit my head and hands hard enough to get the attention of customers and staff members. My head hit hard enough to where i felt concussed. I was very embarrassed and the staff members responded by laughing at me instead of rendering any kind of aid. This i believe was very inconsiderate and very poor customer service. My head still hurts as i sit in my car with my son outside, but I am too embarrassed to go back in. If only they did not laugh at me but showed some sense of humanity. I feel hurt enough to seek a medical evaluation as soon as i get a chance. Thank you IHOP staff for turning what was a good afternoon with my 6 year old son to a very horrible ordeal.

  Very disappointed. They got my order wrong and then over charged me. Not worth the price for the food quality and service
